Great question. Several different reasons.

• The song was something new we were trying out and we decided not to continue playing the song, thus we didn't add it to the list.
• The song was special request just for that event.
• The song was a live request that enough of us knew to give it a try.
• The most likely reason, we haven't updated the list on the website yet.

Do you mean something like "Sittin' On The Dokken the Bay" or "Ain't Dokken About Love?"

I don't think we will be playing any Dokken. It would require everyone have big hair and Spandex. Spandex on most of the band members would not look good and it might break some anti-obscenity laws.

Cowbell has always been one of my favorite percussion instruments.  The song "Mississippi Queen" ruined that for me though.  We have played "Can't do that" by the Beatles and would like to add that song back into the mix.
